I can’t tell what is more impressive, the whole boned chicken leg (with seemingly the bones, the meat, and the skin as single connected structures) or the raspberry pavlova.

I did not make the pavlova - the teachers at the school make them. Everyone who has a birthday during the program gets a beautiful cake!
