Also, not to be too forward, but during your kitchen reno, I'm two miles from the boathouse and have a chaotic but functional kitchen with everything you need except a chest freezer and an air fryer. I even have a Le Creuset baking cloche for that gorgeous sourdough loaf. You will need to sharpen the knives, but my kitchen is yours (this is a true and kind offering, but I also really don't like cooking much). Bonus points that my house is full of Irish antiques--you'll feel right at home!
